About Du Plessis Motors

Du Plessis Motors was founded in 1956 and was built as a VW franchised dealership by Everhardus Petrus (EP) Du Plessis and his father Charles du Plessis on the Corner of St John and Baron van Reedestreet in Oudtshoorn. To this day, we continue to serve our loyal customers from the same premises. We are still a family owned business with the 4th generation of Du Plessis building on this tradition. Morne has been the Dealer Principal since 1969 and his son EP functioning as the Sales Director.

We have a dedicated and loyal team to serve your every need. From parts, service, new and used sales, we strive to deliver a unique experience with a personal touch. We love the Klein Karoo, its people and the vehicles we sell. We are not part of any corporate group and we treat every customer as a person with unique needs and expectations.
